Windsor Heights Apartments

The property is getting older, and updates needed are not being kept up with rent increases. The apartments are poorly insulated, and the air/heating system does not cover the entire apartment. The entry ways are hazards without railings, and frequently are covered with ice in the winter at night. I have fallen 3 times this winter, injuring my knee, and my back. At 53, I dont heal as fast as I used to. The children play in the hallways and on the stairs, screaming as they play, which I don't mind much, but my wife working at home during covid, and it causing the dog to bark as they open and close door, while she is on the phone with business clients.. difficult. Now yesterday, my car rear windshield was egged, children playing, im sure, I've seen the building hit a couple times, and the garages too, so, im pretty sure it's someone in our building, or nearby, but I haven't seen who it was yet. The maintainence in the apartment is excellent, our maintenance man is professional and very efficient. He gets things done as fast as possible, and always let's me know the best possible time frame on something if there's going to be a delay. The grounds, with animal waist, thats a different story... walking into my building is a path through nothing but waist.. on both sides..the trucks are parking in rear first, over most of the sidewalks, forcing you to navigate through mud and multiple huge piles of animal waist. The path all around the complex pretty much shows this same scenario, but my building is one of the worst. The animal waist stations are frequently neglected, overfill, where people who are actually using them have to find a different place to dispose of their bags, as full bags lay, littered on the ground. Trash, piled waist high in front of overfiled trash dumpster, preventing access to second dumpster, then getting warning for not climbing over trash in -20° weather to get to dumper with my bag.
