Dublin Square Apartments and Townhomes

I've leased apartments all over this country over the past 20 years...this property is EASILY the best of them all. So many accolades to list, but I start at my first point of contact: Lindsey, the property manager, who's been there the whole time. Complete class and professionalism, and was more than willing to help and accommodate the few issues I experienced, none of which were major. The east side of Sioux Falls is blowing up, so the location is prime. All essentials are within a 4-5-minute drive, if that. The property is very well maintained, clean, and aside from a few wayward troublemakers causing ruckus a few times, very safe. The same goes for my unit (one of the upgraded studios): very spacious and ergonomical. Prices are going up (but that's a Lloyd thing, not a Dublin thing), but I still think its a good value...it was great for me the past three years. Parking can be a challenge in certain parts of the property at night when lots are full, and even more so in the winter (for obvious reasons), but they routinely do clear the lots during winter, so that helps. The maintenance staff were all helpful and friendly, too...and seemed to genuinely care about and enjoy their job. (Same goes for Lindsey and the office staff.) All in all, I'll miss it; if I wasn't moving out of state for other opportunities, I'd still be there now. But thankful for the great three years I spent there.
