I had the pleasure of speaking with Jewel , sounds very professional on the phone and I must say she was really being helpful! My family and I which includes my two Rotties are looking to relocate from Columbia SC to Spartanburg after my husband found a job there he loves and we wanted to enjoy the greeny and country side. The problem here is that they are falsely advertising that all Breeds and sizes are welcome but when I went to apply they said they would have to run this by there legal team because of my Emotional Support Animals being this breed! I feared dogs all my life until about 4 years ago my husband asked me to give his sweet little Rottweiler a chance at only 6 weeks old and I fell in love with him. Before I knew It I had a female of my own. They are given a bad name but when I was suicidal they saved my life many times, you see I suffer from PTSD, Depression, Social Anxiety, other health issues such as Stroke risk. On my worse days they loved me and never judged me. I am a Mother at heart and have raised Two daughters and loved these sons , but now these dogs are my family they are my life! They put me in a happy place so know I want turn my back on them, cause now I can't live without them. They are social dogs but we respect that people fear them so we always make sure to keep them very close by ! The housing law gives people like me the right to house these dogs and even though I have the paperwork from my Doctor I was pretty much turned away ! If my family isn't welcome then neither are we ! It's is sad but it is what it is! Meet Jroc and Miracle! I even taught them to model ! How hard do you think this was ? Not hard at all because I love them and they know it !

We love living here just wish other people actually picked up their dog poop. We do all the time and always carry bags in our pockets some times people's dog will poop right next to a poop station and they still won't pick it up. It's so nasty especially if it's a trail of it and we have to use that same route to walk our dogs and the neighbors doing it have multiple dogs so it's even worst just walk them further away if you know you're not gonna pick it up so we don't have to step into it coming in & out of our home. Otherwise the apartments are great just the kitchens need serious updating bad they're extremely outdated while the rest of the place is modern. Also I don't care for the new door locks what if I'm rushing to get into my apartment running from someone and I die entering a code. Not good to think about as I've already had 2 instances were I was followed home. Also we don't use the pool because it closes too early I feel 9pm is a more appropriate time we get off too late to use it.

I've been here 9 years and each year has been excellent; the staff is wonderful! A quiet neighborhood to live in - people are friendly and not noisy most of the time (celebrations excepted!) My friends and family enjoy visiting me and it's HOME- plan to be here until,,,
