I’ve lived here for about two years, and overall my experience has been mixed but generally positive.
During my first year, I really enjoyed living here. The amenities are a strong point- the pool is great (though it can get crowded on weekends), and the gym is well-equipped for the size of the complex and usually meets my needs. The property itself is well-maintained, and I’ve noticed improvements in security over time, including better camera coverage.
That said, there are a few concerns that have become more noticeable recently. Early on, during my first week living here, my car and several others were broken into, which was concerning. While I haven’t experienced another incident like that since, there have been more frequent police visits at night this past year, which at times makes the environment feel less safe.
Noise has been the biggest ongoing issue for me. The building construction seems to carry sound easily, especially from upstairs neighbors. I’ve also had consistent noise near the entrance- people using the call box, talking loudly coming in from the parking lot, and general downtown noise (including sirens), which can be disruptive, especially late at night.
Additionally, there have been a few instances where gym equipment (like dumbbells) has gone missing and taken a while to be replaced, which is frustrating when you rely on those amenities.
Overall, this is a solid place to live with good amenities and a convenient location, but potential residents should be aware of the noise levels and occasional safety concerns.
