This has been our home for a year and a half. The apartment itself is a great layout and we have enjoyed hosting in this space. We enjoy our friendly neighbors and the community. It is located near new shopping developments, without the hassle of having to go into Charlotte for anything necessary. Our biggest complaints have been maintenance accessing our home without permission, not completing requests for service in a timely manner, and making large messes when accessing the home. Also, noting, this apartment is identified as a luxury apartment, however, amenities like the pool are run down and filthy. The pool, which is a great community space, needs power washed around the edge of the pool, some of the lounge chairs need replaced, the stone flooring needs to be power washed, and the edge of the pool needs to be repaired.
