To Management,
This message is being sent on behalf of the Velazquez family in Unit 402 to formally document our fifth complaint regarding ongoing noise disturbances coming from Unit 302.
We have raised this issue multiple times, both verbally and in writing, over an extended period. Each time, we were informed that management would either send a notice or speak directly with the occupants of Unit 302. Unfortunately, the noise disturbances have continued, and no lasting resolution has occurred.
The recurring noise—particularly during hours when residents should reasonably expect quiet—has significantly interfered with our ability to enjoy our home. This situation now represents a continued disruption of our right to quiet enjoyment under our lease.
At this point, we are requesting:
Written confirmation that management has addressed this issue directly with Unit 302, and
A clear explanation of the steps management will take to prevent further disturbances, including any enforcement measures if the behavior continues.
We value living in this community and would prefer to resolve this matter promptly and professionally. However, given the number of unresolved complaints, we do expect timely and meaningful action.
