We have lived in Harrington trail for 2 years now. Under previous management of progress, it was an absolutely miserable experience from day 1, (switching homes, no trash cans, doors that didn't close, A/C that had charging issues, etc.) After all the kinks have been managed, a new rental management company, and some tips from the maintenance folks regarding the cheap contractor paint that we had to source from them to find out the right colors, it is finally a decent experience. The neighborhood is great, quiet, roads are wide, and the people are decent. My only current issue is the lack of communication that still tends to happen between Quinn and the renters although it is still lightyears ahead of Progress. The lawn crews cut the yard but always leave grass clippings because they don't blow them out every Monday (still showing up at random times as well). The home is decent, poorly finished though, and low-grade contractor paint was used making cleaning the walls impossible, you must paint over them. The washer/dryer are a nice touch, although not a fan of electric cooking, tankless water heater is great, but there is no backyard patio (it is one concrete square outside the door about 1.5x1.5 feet. It's well worth the money, and other than all that, it's all positive.
