The property is beautiful and I love my unit inside and out. One category I was asked to rate was amenities. There are none to speak of. The promise of a dog park and pickleball court has been advertised for over a year and ground still has not been broken. EV chargers, pool, cabana, gym, anything would be nice. There is not enough parking for when everyone is home. I've had to walk a good distance, but I'm usually lucky. No one ever answers the phone at the office, literally never. Messages are not returned promptly. When you do get a call back the staff is nice and helpful. I've only had to call maintenance twice. The first time for a pre move in issue with the washer. That addressed promptly. The second time was for the front keypad not working. That was not so prompt especially considering that meant I could not use my front door. I ended up fixing it myself before maintenance came. They are going to nickel and dime you to death with fees. You pay your power through them and that carries an extra $11.99 a month. You pay your water through them too and that carries an extra $10.97 a month. Other fees for smart home features and landscaping seem reasonable. The base rent is good also. The place is well maintained. The people living here are nice and there are no loud parties. The units are well constructed.
