The apartment is in a great location with easy access to routes 12, 222 and 61. The modern kitchen provides sufficient storage for all my dishes and cookware. The pool and gym are convenient and well-maintained. All work orders are taken care of promptly.

Upstairs apt has loud hammering all hours of the day. Dropping heavy items all hours. So loud and heavy it knocked ceiling light on floor and broke. Need a replacement. Twice i had leaking water once in bathroom once in kitchen. Tosses cigarette butts in yard off balcony. Tosses boxes downstairs and find glass fragments at bottom. I pay my rent , don’t bother anyone. How can this be resolved? I reported this to the office.
