The apartment and location are fantastic. It works with my lifestyle. Some tenants are louder than others with no regard to their surroundings. I work with the public so I value my quiet time at home. Sometimes its difficult to relax with the noise.

My only complaint so far is the mail issue; specifically that there is NO mail being delivered to our complex. I was not made aware of this issue at the lease signing. And I was not made aware at my first inquiry with the leasing/management office when I asked how to obtain a key to my mailbox. I was only informed once I arrived at the post office to physically collect my mail. I have received no formal information/notification from the management/leasing office. We receive other updates via email and flyers, pertaining to trash, paving projects and inspections among other things, but there has been absolutely ZERO communication about the mail issue. The only updates I receive is when I call the leasing office or when I visit the post office to physically collect my mail. I find it unfathomable that an apartment complex which has rented out almost all available units but still does not receive mail for the residents. Additionally, while no mail is being delivered, there are no updates or communication with the residents about the issue. It is an extremely frustrating situation, made worse by the lack of communication.
