Rosedale Court Apartments

I absolutely loved living here until the past year. My only complaint was there is only one washer and dryer in each building for 11-12 units and it does not accept cash, you must use an app and put money into your account. With the recent switch in staff, the friendliness and care of the grounds have gone entirely downhill. Someone in the leasing office actually hung up on me, and maintenance does not follow through with work. I had to wait four or more months for an exterminator, I kept being told he would call me to schedule an appointment but that never happened. My tub needs to be reglazed and they want me and my cats to vacate my apartment for four hours, even though when previously done, this was not a requirement. My wood buckled and was lifting and it only took five months or so for them to do a patchwork job. I have been waiting for my oven door to be fixed for about two months. Maintenance assessed what work needed to be done and he told me he had to look to see if there was another handle for my oven, that was 2-3 weeks ago. I have not heard a word since then while my oven handle lays on the kitchen floor. I shouldn't have to remind them of repairs needed in my apt after I fill out a request and work should be completed without me having to complain about the timeliness of completing any work orders. I always have to follow up or submit another request for the work to be completely finished as I am having to do with my oven. The trash overloads in the dumpster and whereas I used to see office staff help maintain the grounds, I have NEVER seen the new office workers do much but call me when it concerns rent. I know I owe $25 from 6 months ago but while I have you on the phone, is anyone going to complete the various work orders I have submitted? I pay more than $1300/month, so I shouldn't have to supervise work orders they should be completed and there is no continuity of work here. Maintenance turnover is also an issue. Rent with apprehension.
