The day I moved in, the apartment was a mess. There was mold everywhere, holes in the carpets, cuts in the flooring showing exposed concrete, multiple dents in the refrigerator, painters tape on the ceiling, dust on every vent, doors falling of hinges, sink handles falling off. All minor fixes were complete upon a maintenance request, and all the large issues signed off as "noted". Nothing was done about the cleanliness.
The gym is a mess and much of the equipment is broken or falling apart. The club house bathroom has never had soap or paper towels in the mens bathroom since I moved in a year ago - not keeping up with amenities.
The apartment was also not correct per what was shown to me. They never mentioned it was an ADA apartment until they opened the door with me present on move in day and the woman who showed me in said "ohhh, wow, okay. I am so sorry" once she opened it. The resolution to this was to have me move into a new apartment and pay more in rent.
Among MANY other things that I will list off in the google review, along with photos.
Since day one of move in, this place has been a nightmare. I have lived in 8 different apartment complexes, and this "luxury" apartment is the second worst I have ever lived at.
The positives I will say are that it is close to the train station and the certain workouts can be done in the gym if you stay off of the dangerous equipment.
