2 years. Nice floors, but not insulated, nor walls. Other apts are coming available for less with newer appliances and new reno's. Will not renew if there is a rent increase. Overall for the value and the convenience of walking to work (3.75)

3rd Floor neighbor is super loud. Maintenance is pretty good up until late. I asked for painting of the damaged wall when the w/d was being replaced, and it wasn't touched. In my 1st year maintenance was excellent with repairs. I asked for replacement with w/d and the unit is super small; also asked for new stove and new dishwasher both replaced, but the dishwasher that was brought in doesn't dry dishes. I never knew there was a dishwasher without a drying feature. So therefore, all of the appliances that were replaced were less expensive - but I assume that is property management tactics.

So easy to find parking in this location- always within a block walk. Public transit is super local as well, 3 different bus stops right down the block and a 7-10 min walk from broad street station. The amenities could use an update but the maintenance crew is very responsive and helpful. The residents service team is responsive (as long and you email and call), kind, and understanding. Would recommend to friends :)
