The Apartments at Lititz Springs

Lived here a year. Things were really good until Lexi and Colt left. Management's response to the winter storm left a lot to be desired. There were a lot of elderly people shoveling out their cars, with little help from staff

The manager and maintenance staff are excellent: gracious and very accommodating to all my needs. However, the outside maintenance is atrocious. Weeds and bare patches of ground everywhere. Bushes are dying. The ouside is looking shabby! Thst is my only complaint. Lexi and Colt do an excellent job considering the number of people who live here. Thank you!

I haven't lived here that long, but here are some first take aways. The trash/recycling isn't taken out enough especially on the weekends. The dog stations stay full far too long so people throw their dog waste in the open cans outside the entrance doors which attracts flies. It could have happened without my knowledge, but I am home a LOT and I have yet to see or hear anyone vacuum the hallways. The carpet in the halls has dark stains. The moving quilts in the elevators are always up instead of having proper paneling. There is no mailroom so packages are left in the lobby and you have to sort through all of them to see if one is for you. 50% of the time, they are left at your front door. The lawns are mowed frequently at look nice for the most part. There are lots of dog urine burns near the entrances though. The flower pots in front of the entrances are mostly dead and are not replaced. There are no amenities. No gym, no rooftop. There is a common room next to the office that can be signed up for and coffee is there. The interior paint job before we moved in was inconsistent. I can see the spackled circles in some areas and the same wall will be part flat and part eggshell. The faux wood floors have a LOT dents in them from the previous tenant. We had to get a rug to cover them. There is very little privacy on your balcony, too many people can just look across or up/down and watch you. The balconies have flooring with open slats. DON'T spill anything because it will just leak through onto the poor people below you. Also, not everyone can see the fireworks on 4th of July. Depends on where you are in the building. The part of the park that most of us look at has the porta-potties and giant dumpster. There are a lot of trees, but right in the middle of the view is the park waste. Ugh. The neighbors are very quiet and have been cordial, but the park has lots of live music events which can be heard inside. The location can't be beat.
