The people within the building keep to themselves and don't make much noise. While the windows are very insulated you can still hear some traffic. In the Junior layout, the bedroom is always 5 degree warmer or colder than the living room because there is no airflow. Parking can be a pain if you do not get parking in the Lemon Street Parking Garage. The property management is hit or miss on responding to emails. Either they respond quickly or you never hear back. If you want an answer you have to call. Don't call 30 minutes before the office says its closed because they won't answer. If you really want to live downtown it is a good options. But for the price, it is not really worth the money in terms of the apartment themselves. You could get a much larger place at the same price outside of town.
