I'm wondering why the rent is lower in apartments that are equivalent in size 2 hours and same design. We have lived here since 2021 and always paid $1,800 plus $5 convenience fee for being able to do it online. The rent listed here is anywhere from $1395 to $1695. Took us a year to get into a place because when we first moved to the area my husband's job had just started and he didn't have proof of income and the apartment we looked at which is identical to the one we live in now was listed at $1500 and a year later when we finally moved in listed at 1800 dollars and have been paying that amount all along. According to this article about Forrest right away Apartments the prices and fees and such were updated recently for 2025. I'd like to know why I'm paying more in rent then the currently available apartments. Unless that's just the hook to get them in here but we only paid $800 deposit so that was nice and it's definitely worth it to have a garage so anything that won't fit in your apartment you don't have to put in the storage. The wood burning fireplace is nice so that PGE doesn't charge you an arm and a leg and 9 grandchildren for electricity. There are no built-in lights in the bedroom though and can't figure out which Outlets go to what switch so make sure you have lamps for the bedrooms and the living room. It's a nice area and neighbors all keep to themselves. Other than a few dogs that bark all day everyday it's pretty nice sitting on your back porch watching the squirrels and all the different kinds of birds.
