First of all, today’s Breakfast on the Go was awesome!
I’ve been living in this apartment community for about three years now, and I think this event happens maybe twice a year. I wish it happened more often especially because I usually skip breakfast, so it was even more appreciated. My kids loved it too.
I also want to thank all the staff members who came out and worked so hard from 6 AM to 10 AM. We really appreciate it.
Other than the parking situation, this is truly a wonderful place to live. The property is always clean and well organized.
Lastly, Sierra always greets residents with such a bright and welcoming attitude, and that really makes a difference.

Just wanted to shout out Leslie F. at front desk. They’ve been a super supportive, incredibly thoughtful, and empathetic shoulder to learn on. I could be having the most miserable day ever and this dude just comes through every time either with his great sense of humor or locking it right in and succeeding in finding us solutions. It’s been a particularly difficult couple of years for us but since he’s started working here he’s been a constant bright spot about living at Tandem properties and I hope I’m not too bold in saying this dude deserves a raise, a promotion and all the laurels imaginable! We can’t thank them enough for all that they’ve done for us throughout our time here!

New to apartment renting, Paul efficiently and courteously walked me through every step and detail of the shopping and renting process. He listened to my individual concerns and needs and had almost all the answers to questions I had. The questions that he didn't know, he got answers very quickly while I was doing other things.
