All pets will require proof of renter’s insurance with a minimum of $100,000 liability to cover any damage or injury caused by said pet. A monthly pet rent of $35 for the first pet and $15 for the second pet applies to cats and dogs. The following breed restrictions apply for dogs: Pit Bulls and Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids."
