No lighting in the main parking lot and most of the park. My kids got yelled at by a random man who watched them playing volleyball for 5 minutes near the front off office before yelling at them not to play there. I understand theres a "No Loitering" sign outside but that's one of the only spots lit enough only because of the motion light. Cars FLY around that corner in front of the pool so I don't like them playing there at night. Getting kids outside these days isn't easy so any little thing that can discourage it, is not helpful and they weren't hurting or disturbing anyone. We have ZERO online communication or social media presence. Community message board, Facebook, Nextdoor, etc. so anything go on activity wise can only be known if you go to the office (and read the door) and remember to check the bulletin board by the mailboxes and I never do either. This weekend I was made aware of the Easter egg hunt by a neighbor the night before Easter and there wasn't even a hunt or anyone there. My Granddaughter was pretty disappointed. Some sort of neighborhood watch program via app would be nice. I think we're a big enough community with lots of kids. Kids I wish we saw more of outside but with the lack of activities, our location and community engagement, its not surprising. Tenant awareness of any said upgrades in the near future or ever would be nice too. Anything that goes on around here I only ever hear about through my neighbor friends. Also, with yard sale season upon us, it'd be nice to have a couple park wide dates set aside for those that wish to participate with social media and app advertising. There are lots of tenants who would participate and do our best to coordinate already. Rent increasing substantially every year with little to no upgrades and even more parking problems makes for unhappy tenants.Other than that, we love our maintenance and office gals and love our pool!Any issue or question I have, they're on top of! The uppers need to step it up!
