It's ok. Wallick never takes care of us. We have no maintenance person. Manager only here 3 days a week. Our hallways need paint for past 4 yrs

we never have a manager. Maintenance is slow and leaves us with No Hot water!! Its Thanksgiving week for gosh sake. Keeping people informed on the hot water would be helpful
