Dogs allowed. Pet limit 2 allowed. Greenbriar is a Pet-Friendly community! We allow up to 2 approved pets (dog or cat) residing in the home. While there is no weight limit for dogs, there is a breed restriction list and for insurance and liability purposes, the following breeds are restricted from the community: German shepherds Pit Bull Terriers Cane Corso’s Rottweilers Staffordshire terriers Akitas Siberian Husky’s Wolf-dog Hybrids Mastiffs Great Danes Doberman pinschers Aggressive pets of any type/breed posing a threat to other residents will not be tolerated and will be banned from the premise. Each pet will require a $200 nonrefundable pet fee, and $150 for subsequent pet $20/month pet rent also applies.   Pets bust be registered with the office and approve by the manager prior to them being housed.  All applicable fees must be paid and the Pet Addendum to the lease must be signed and adhered to.   *Hampsters, rodents, and reptiles are permitted as well as fish. No aquariums over 2 gallons are permitted without proper renter’s insurance.  No deposit or pet fees apply to these animals, and there is no limit so as long as they are reasonably housed and maintained within the premise.
