Former Resident

I really wanted to like this place, but it has been a constant disappointment. The building looks good on the outside and the tour makes it seem like everything is well cared for, but that impression falls apart fast once you actually live here. The day-to-day experience is nowhere near what was promised.
What stands out most is how poorly things are maintained. Small issues turn into long-term problems, and it often feels like nothing gets fixed unless people complain over and over again. Common areas are supposed to feel clean and comfortable, but they often do not. For the amount of rent and fees charged here, the level of service is nowhere close to acceptable.
The amenities are another major letdown. They are advertised like a selling point, but in reality they are unreliable and frequently unavailable. It makes the extra cost feel completely pointless. Parking is also way too expensive for what you get.
Management has been another frustration. Communication is inconsistent, responses are vague, and residents are left waiting without real answers. The whole place gives off the impression that appearance matters more than actually taking care of the people who live here.
There’s also a reason so many units seem to stay empty. Once people experience what this place is really like, the shine wears off quickly. It may look impressive in photos and on a tour, but living here tells a very different story.
I would not recommend moving here.
