We've lived here for 4-5 months now and we are very satisfied with our apartment and service we receive when needed. One minor suggestion for the entire complex is to post road signs/directions (arrows like), at various intersections, indicating building numbers and respective "arrow" direction.
Building 1000 is somewhat hidden and sometimes hard to find by new delivery drivers from places like instacart, walmart, pizza shops, etc. So, it would be helpful for new employees/delivery drivers to help them find Bldg 1000. Same idea for each floor, coming out of the elevators. Maybe some subtle signs to point out which side to go once off the elevators. Just like in a hotel when exiting the elevators and the various room numbers signs (right or left) are posted on the wall. Nothing major, but helpful to avoid missed deliveries (it has happened 2-3 times). Thank you

We've lived here for over 3 years. The layout, size, storage and view are beautiful. We have major concerns about upkeep and response time for any maintenance requests. The "gated community" has never had a working gate. Problems with our fireplace took over 2 years to repair and currently the hot tub which we look forward to after long winters and a long day at work is often broken. There is no financial benefit for long term renting, in fact the opposite is true. Orientation for new tenants to review rules would be beneficial ie: common sense courtesies

Not a gated community as advertised and slow to respond to maintenance requests
