Keuka Shores - Building F

In the heart of the Finger Lakes, Keuka Shores is a smoke free, pet friendly, luxury rental townhome community located at the north end of Keuka Lake across from Red Jacket Public Beach. Our rental community has 12 buildings - a total of 82 units. Buildings A-K are located immediately south of the village line in the town of Milo. These units have no age restrictions. Building L (8 units) is located on a contiguous parcel lying within the village of Penn Yan. This building adheres to the 55+ Senior Housing Guidelines. Our buildings are a mix of one & two story townhomes. The 1 story townhomes are step free with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths (1284 SF) and the 2 story townhomes are 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths (1467SF). Keuka Shores is close to the Rochester, Ithaca, Corning, Elmira, and Syracuse metro areas. Living in Penn Yan affords easy access to three of the major Finger Lakes: Keuka, Canandaigua, and Seneca and their wine trails. Each offer plenty of year-round outdoor activities both on the water & off. In a small town like ours, you'll get to know your local cafe owner, baker, butcher and hardware store employees.
