I can truly say that all residents at the San Moritz Apt are a top priority. I need to give out a big shout-out to Kevin, one of our maintenance guys. My repairs were from normal wear and daily use of items. Kevin always arrives with a smile and he educates you through the process of the repair, I like knowing what is going on with repairs. If I see Kevin in the complex and have questions he will stop to assist me anytime. Thank you for caring Kevin.

We’ve only been here 1 month and we love it. We will probably never move. I put in two service requests last night after hours and Aushton was here and done before 9am the next day with a smile on his face. We’ve never had such reliable service in an apartment company as we do here. Our windows face the freeway but you wouldn’t know it… the windows are double paned and we don’t hear a thing. Someone always answers the phone in the office and they are sweet and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Thank you.

We have just renewed our lease for the 10th year with San Moritz. We had originally planned only 1 year, but we have to stayed 9 and will continue. We can't say enough to thank each one of the staff for providing us with prompt, courteous, and professional service, whether it be in maintenance, leasing, or grounds upkeep. They have always treated us like family, always responding to requests and following up. They take pride in the beauty of this complex and have provided a safe home for us. They are easy to talk to and considerate of our needs and opinions. For us, being comfortable with the people you work with in the apartment complex is as important as the quality of the buildings. Here, we have found both as top notch. Again, Thank You, San Moritz!
