Limited to 3 pets total.
A One-time Fee of $300.00 (Non-Refundable), Additional Pet(s): $100.00 each (Non-Refundable) per pet and a Monthly Pet Fee (per pet) will be due monthly with your rent payment. Pet fees vary based on the risk level of the pet, with a range of $30-$100 per month.

Profile Types
Household Pet Profile – For pets living in your household. -$30 with credit card/debit payment or $25 by ACH per profile.
Assistance Animal Profile – For service and support animals. - $0
No Pet/Animal Profile – For households without pets. - $0
All profile types are renewed annually. Household pet profiles can be renewed up to 90 days before expiration.
After each year, all profile types will need to be renewed. The household pet profile is the only profile that is associated with a renewal fee. The renewal cost is $30 when payable by credit card/debit card or $25 when payable by ACH. If renewed early, you can save an additional $5, which would be $25 for a credit/debit card or $20 by ACH payment.

Limited to 3 pets total.
A One-time Fee of $300.00 (Non-Refundable), Additional Pet(s): $100.00 each (Non-Refundable) per pet and a Monthly Pet Fee (per pet) will be due monthly with your rent payment. Pet fees vary based on the risk level of the pet, with a range of $30-$100 per month.

Profile Types
Household Pet Profile – For pets living in your household. -$30 with credit card/debit payment or $25 by ACH per profile.
Assistance Animal Profile – For service and support animals. - $0
No Pet/Animal Profile – For households without pets. - $0
All profile types are renewed annually. Household pet profiles can be renewed up to 90 days before expiration.
After each year, all profile types will need to be renewed. The household pet profile is the only profile that is associated with a renewal fee. The renewal cost is $30 when payable by credit card/debit card or $25 when payable by ACH. If renewed early, you can save an additional $5, which would be $25 for a credit/debit card or $20 by ACH payment.
