Love it here!

Been living here for almost 3 years now. Love everything from my apartment, location, amenities and maintenance request is fixed super fast! The concierge & other staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Noisy fro upstairs

My experice in this apartment had been great until I started noticing that we had banging noise from upstairs. It was not as frequent, but it would be daily, sometimes daytime and/or at night. It’s been around 3 month. Otherwise, the apartment is clean and convenient to enjoy New York City.
