Affordable. However, parking is frustrating and communication is lacking. Multiple times there have been water shut-offs that we are notified about (or about water coming back on). The super's phone is always on "do not disturbed". One time the lady above us fell, her door was locked. I called 911. I called super multiple times and he never answered. Another neighbor provided super's wife's #, she sent her mother over with the key so paramedics could get in. Super works at odd hours of the night. One time it sounded like our sink was going to explode, come to find out it was him doing work below us (that he insinuated we were responsible for which is not true). This was around 8 pm. There is only 1 parking spot for each apartment (I'm in a 2 bed). Caldwell does not allow overnight parking, so I have to pay extra for a municipal parking permit for a lot down the block. But the super who lives in the other building parks in our lot which I find strange. There is only one drive way for both in/out. Multiple tenants have had cars dented or car windows broken by stray baseballs. The firehouse is 2 buildings down so that siren is exceedingly loud. I stumbled upon a storage room on the 1st floor with spaces labeled for each apt. But we were never told about this so unclear if we are entitled to it - the space with our apt# is already locked. Laundry - the room and appliances are not maintained well, I actually opt to go to the laundromat around the corner because of this. Overall affordable and happy with realty co, but the parking and communication are frustrating factors.
