Dear Property Manager / Maintenance Team], I’d like to share some concerns regarding the frequency of water shut-offs and the recent handling of a maintenance issue in my unit. Water shut-offs have been occurring very often, which is disruptive and makes it difficult to manage daily routines. More urgently, today I reported that my kitchen sink is fully leaking onto the floor. I was informed that this is not considered urgent and that a plumber might be available tomorrow. I explained that I cook at home and cannot rely on eating out. The response I received was that this issue does not prevent me from cooking and that I should use the bathtub for cleaning. Unfortunately, this suggestion is not feasible for me. I have back problems that make it difficult to bend over or carry items between rooms. Leaving dishes in the kitchen is also not a hygienic or practical solution. I would appreciate clarification on what qualifies as an urgent repair and what the response expectations are for future planning. Understanding the rules and timelines would help me better prepare and avoid further inconvenience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
