Dalmore Apartments

There are essentially no amenities available. The pool was only open for about one week during the summer before being shut down. there is no gym, dog park, or communal space. This makes the value of the property feel lacking. the Geokey door system is extremely unreliable and rarely works smoothly, causing frequent access issues. Cleanliness is a major concern. Trash cans, especially the dog waste stations, are consistently overflowing, which leads to trash and bagged dog waste piling up and spreading throughout the property. Dog poop is all over the grass, to the point where it’s hard to walk outside without almost stepping in it. People do step in it, so it gets tracked onto stairs and carpeted areas, where it sits uncleaned. While some residents do clean up after their dogs, theres no enforcement for those who don’t. I have taken photos of these issues and have reached out to management multiple times with little to no improvement. many residents use their balconies as storage, which makes the exterior of the property look messy and poorly maintained. These problems have been ongoing and make the community feel neglected. I hope this feedback leads to real and immediate improvements.
