I moved in over a month ago, this was my experience. The apartment: very spacious, screen door was completely off, an outlet is sticking out of the wall, some drawers don't operate correctly, some cabinets are cracked, don't close and aren't aligned straight. The balcony has some nails sticking out. The walls are pretty thin (when in the middle of apartment, I can hear a conversation from outside without windows open). Kitchen sink faucet doesn't operate correctly and drips. There are some typical soft spots in the flooring, however, in the bedroom, there is a hole under the carpet that is about 1ft long by 4-5in wide. Upon moving in, staff was very helpful. I moved in on a Friday. Staff told me there was a work order submitted regarding the screen door and the hole in the floor. They told me they would come by on Monday to drop off my mail key. I stayed home all day waiting and they never came. A few days later I emailed, and then followed up a second time as I was expecting an important letter, I added "Important!" to the email. A few days later they responded, said they would pick it up from the post office and drop it off at my door that afternoon. I followed up around 9pm because I didn't get it. No response. I followed up again the next afternoon. A couple days later without responses, I went to the post office myself to get it, mind you, it's been 2 WEEKS at this point. The post office gave it to me but staff needed to pay for it still. 2 weeks I couldn't access my mailbox, and had little to no communication about the key. It's one thing if they have an issue and tell me, but it's another when they tell me when to expect them then don't show/respond for days. The communication is not good. I didn't hear anything on the work order after a few weeks, so I submitted another one-still waiting to hear on that too. Aside from that, it's a great and safe area with great people, and many options to shop within walking distance.

The amenities are almost non-existent. W/D for every 6 units but they are old and dryers especially need replaced...$3 to dry clothes to 3/4 dry. You are charges for wi-fi connections that are not real reliable or fast. A playset in center between buildings. Maintenance is fairly reliable , on-line request forms, quarterly pest control (you pay for next month) Staff is NOT on property (78 & Pacific) Rent on 2 bedroom is over $800/mo. Location is good right off Galvin RD and Harvell (Cornhusker) but not right off so no issue getting off property. Plenty of off-street parking. Very close to grade school, Middle School and Bellevue East.
