Laurens Way

I’ve been here almost two weeks and it has been the best smoothest transition. Maintenance is quick . The area has so many things to do . Shopping right around the corner . The food is everywhere. The most important everyone is so NICE!

I moved to Lauren's Way as a temporary location while I found my permanent home in the Raleigh area. I was surprised by the following factors: 1. My interaction with the maintenance and office staff including Olivia and Tanesha was above average my expectations. 2. The walkability of the area is much greater than advertised you can shop, eat and access much of the Knightdale area on foot with sidewalk coverage and cross walk access 3. My apartment had very little noise from neighbors to a much lower level than I anticipated 4. The grounds were kept up to a high standard and after the implementation of valet trash service the occasional trash pile up at dumpsters was a thing of the past 5. You have may ways of egress to the apartment complex allowing for rapid transit to different areas 6. My apartment was a great condition and the appliances were high standard Overall I would recommend the apartment complex for people who are single, travel and like to walk. Additionally the neighbors I had in my building were great and helped generate a nice mini-community feeling that adds to the overall experience.
