Stadler Place

I love living here and have been in this apartment (more like a condo) for 13 years. There are plenty of other high rise mickey mouse pre-fab appts up, and going up, all over Greensboro and its vicinity, but they lack the birds, the squirrels, the serenity............Why? Because they have no grass and trees around them. Many of them, if not all, are built next to major roads and highways and have absolutely no trees. The huge balcony here looking out into the tall trees and looking over the beautiful yard is so calming and serene, and all of these appts. are situated this way....at least the other two I've lived in prior to living in this appt., and the majority. I moved here in 2009 because when I checked out a one bedroom, I looked out the sliding glass doors to "my" lawn, and all I saw was a rolling slope of bright green grass.

Having been here only a short time, I have found the office staff to be very pleasant and helpful in helping me to settle into my apt. I have had a few minor maintenance problems and these were taken care of immediately. I am pleased to be in a very pleasant and welcoming community.
