I first toured this apartment at the suggestion of a friend and current resident feeling excited about the location and walkability within NoDa. Its very clear that the property appears well maintained and well organized, and many details and ammenities are well thought out to suit the current resident makeup. The apartments are open, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing, which combined with being well lit make me optimistic for how our pets will adjust to our move. Our application process was surprisingly lengthy, which served as the only bump in the road due to a recent change in jobs management seemed to have difficulty verifying. Despite this, leasing staff was communicative and receptive to our frustration and worked with us to speed up the process and ensure our unit remained under reservation. As a pending leasee, I can comfortably say my experience has been net positive. I cannot yet speak to how my opinion of the property will change as a resident but, if my friend’s experience is to serve as an example, I am expecting to have a positive outlook on management, the ammenities, parking, and enjoying a very short walk to work every day.
