I have now had two property and state registered, properly tagged, functional, mobile vehicles towed from the parking garage while being properly parked in legal spots for only a few hours. This is beyond frustrating.
Also the storage unit very clearly attached to my apartment which has had no one and nothing in it for my entire lease, remains vacant and requests to have the ownership audited have been ignored.
They also initiated eviction paperwork when I was late on rent by 1 (one) week when I forgot to update my debit card in the auto pay system when my card changed, and they charged me $250 to cancel the legal proceedings on top of the late fees. I am not habitually late on rent.
I very frequently have to park two or three floors above my own due to lack of spaces, and they won't give me another garage door clicker for my 3rd vehicle.
Not really the complex' fault, but the near constant screaming during peak bar hours and cars literally racing down South Blvd. is annoying.
Also not the complex' fault but the mail person seems to not like their job and will hold packages at the post office, not tell anyone, nor leave a notice, and then return the package when you don't pick it up in 3 days, including the day they didn't deliver it, and any requests for redelivery take at least a week.
The staff is generally friendly even if they seem a bit annoyed whenever you walk into the office, the clientele tends to be young professionals and I imagine that's difficult to deal with. They also do a very good job of keeping the facility neat and in good order and respond to maintenance requests expeditiously.
