Fees and Rent Pet Fee: A one-time $350.00 non-refundable fee is required for each pet. Pet Rent: $30.00 per pet, per month will be added to your rent. Breed and Weight Restrictions No Breed Restrictions: All breeds are welcome in our community. Weight Restrictions: There are no weight restrictions for pets. Additional Requirements Pets must be kept on a leash in all common areas. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors. All pets must be properly vaccinated and documentation must be provided during the screening process. Pet behavior must be appropriate for community living.
