I have nothing to add. Its ok. Staff wotks hard to keep everything going. Garbage at the dumpster could use an upgrade. Also the pigeons make nests over or cloes to the door entrance which collect a lot of bird droppings. Vary unsanitary.

I have been here nearly two years. I and one neighbor are the only originals in the group of six apartments. Turnover is higher than what I have experienced elsewhere. The apartment is comfortable and maintenance is competent. Kids really enjoy the pool. There have been ongoing problems with trash collection and disposal. Lawn care and snow removal are good so the grounds are well maintained. The location is very convenient. However, some neighbors have left because of the steep annual rent increase, usually at least 4% and I have seen 6%. Add that to inflation of most everything else, and people's income increases are not keeping up. Unfortunately, I will have to be investigating other locations in the future.

I have lived here on ground floor since Sept 2021. My pet peeve has always been the human dog owners inconsiderate dog walking intelligence! When they have a special area here with a pole for bags and refuse on it you would expect them to take the dog to that area to eliminate. Instead they allow the dog to stop everyplace they smell another has stopped, which means it's never ending ruination along the sidewalk 1 foot from each bldgs windows. That of course ruins the bushes under my window along with destroyed (brown) patches in green grass. Not every owner does this, their are some who are caring, considerate and thinking owners. I guess there are always going to be people who care less about the outward appearance of their home area.
