I’ve lived in Joppa 2 for over two years and will truly miss it! The apartments are incredibly spacious and well-maintained. One of my favorite features is the solid construction—thanks to the thick walls, I never hear any noise from my neighbors. At 1,500 square feet, this is by far the largest apartment I’ve found in the area, and with two full bathrooms, it’s hard to find anything comparable. The amenities are also a great perk, including a party room that’s free to reserve and a well-equipped exercise room that’s open 24/7. Since I recently purchased a house and will be moving out soon, I appreciate how helpful the management has been in working with me, despite having just renewed my lease. Overall, I highly recommend Joppa 2 to anyone looking for a comfortable and spacious living space.

The buildings are concrete so noise levels are very low. My apartment is very quiet, the neighborhood is safe and the tenants here are friendly. Maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. I have been very happy living here. The rent is very reasonable.

Management never tskes care of maintenance problems, we’ve been outta heat for a month, now end of December and management refuses to repair my heater. Building is cold, water seeps through garage floor to underground ground garage and damage cars, garage door scratches the top of cars, the trash is always over spilling, the garage smells, management never answers your request.
