Choose from a range of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment homes in Linden Hills featuring 9-foot ceilings, chef-inspired kitchens, luxury appliances, custom cabinetry, premium finishes, and private balconies. We believe transparency is key, especially when looking for your next home. Our one-time fees include the following: $50 Application Fee, per applicant. Nonrefundable $150 Administrative Fee, per household, due upon approval. Nonrefundable $1000 Deposit, per 1-bedroom unit, once your application is approved. $2000 Deposit per 2-bedroom unit, once your application is approved. Conditionally approved applicants may be required to pay an additional deposit, with the total deposit equal to one month's rent. $250 pet fee, per pet, due upon move-in.
