There hasn't been consistent staff for over a year now. They maybe make it about 2 months before quitting because corporate treats them so badly.
You can't pay early, or pay partially early. If there is an issue for whatever reason and you want to pay rent early, they berate you and belittle you about how you signed a lease to pay online. I had issues with my bank one time and offered to pay two weeks early with a money order. They refused, it wasn't until a few days before rent was due that someone said that they would take it. I've never lived in a place that hated accepting rent money so much.
The cops are here once a month. Nothing is ever done. Also, there was a resident that smashed my car in and stalked me. Management did nothing. The only reason they were evicted was because they fell behind on rent and not because I had a restraining order against them, nor because my friend got a black eye from them.
There is mold in my apartment because it took two years for management to fix my ac. When my neighbors first moved in, there was lice on their carpet that they had to fix themselves. Also, they left on vacation for a week, and construction crew decided to go into their apartment, and use their apartment as storage.
This place is the worst, and is over price. The only nice thing is that the pool is always clean. Also, they delete google reviews.
