Residents are required to pay: a one-time application fee ($50 per applicant), a one-time administration fee ($150 per unit), a one-time security deposit ($400 refundable), monthly utility administration fee ($8.00 per unit). If applicable, one-time refundable pet deposit ($250), one-time non-refundable pet fee ($150 per unit), monthly pet fee ($30 to $60 per unit), monthly garage rental ($95 per unit), monthly insurance premium ($10.75) and month to month premium fee monthly ($300).
