I have lived there for about 2 weeks and regret my decision completely. Admittedly I glanced at the review rating here and booked a tour. At surface level it seems like a great place. The amenities, building quality and location were a great sell for me.
From the moment my application was approved the process has been chaotic. It seems to me they did a quick walk through in between renters with little to no inspection. The walls were scuffed and there were fixtures and command strips left behind. I should add they did ask if I would push back my move in so they could paint. The countertop in my kitchen is broken at the sink. The water and ice do not work in my fridge. I am missing a drawer in the fridge, missing a shelf in the pantry and one of them is broken. I put in maintenance tickets for most of these on day 1 of moving in and have not seen or heard anything from maintenance.
In the two weeks that I have lived here I have noticed nobody has come through to clean our building. The same debris hasn't moved from a few spots. In what used to be the trash room there are trash bags piled in there and stinking up the area.
I pay for the heated garage. In our building the door is busted so that doesn't do much good. I was given a spot that another resident was using. When I contact the office, they do little to nothing to help resolve the issue. They did offer to move me to another spot, two of which seem to be being used and the other has trash in it.
I have tried to use the amenities but have had issues getting into the club house and into the pool. Again, little to no help from the office.
Honestly, I regret my decision so much and will be RUNNING away from this place when my lease is up. Don't make the same mistake! You will regret it too.
