In our three years living here, there have been significant periods of time where the elevators have been in disrepair. Most often, no timely or clear information is given pertaining to what went wrong or when repairs will be done. Most often, no repairs are performed for weeks, even months. A scheduled "modernization" took several months longer than was scheduled, during which time we heard no maintenance person until the last few weeks before it was completed, and the completion was not announced in a timely manner. It has not been more than 2 months since the completion of the "modernization" and in that time the elevators have gone down more than once without notice or indication of when they will be brought back in use. This treatment is unacceptable for the amount of money we are paying, particularly since we are not allowed to use the stairs freely and easily "for safety and fire code."

The elevators are a huge issue. All the apology emails about the elevators being down is not sufficient. My job is at state because of the elevators issues. Many tenants express dissatisfaction over this weekend due to the elevators issues. One neighbor said her husband was stuck on the elevator for 20 minutes. I had to take the steps due to the elevator issues. All residents aren’t able to take the steps and this is truly a safety hazard. The water bill is also unexplainable high. Property manger send an email blaming it on increased prices the the city imposed but before that I called Baltimore City water company and staff said it sounds like the company is over charging for the water bill but he couldn’t give definite answers due to them not even having access to this property. Something fishy is going on and I’m convinced the tenants are being cheated

The amenities are limited and the ones that are available inconvenient having to go to three places before you can get to the gym. The elevators are consistently out. I've had to sleep away from my home because I couldn't get Upstairs multiple times. Maintenance is quick consistent and reliable that's the best part of the community.
