If I could give this place negative 10 stars, I absolutely would. On the surface, the apartment itself looks nice—but that’s where the positives end.
Management is completely unresponsive and unreliable when it comes to maintenance. My AC was broken for THREE months in the middle of the year, and instead of fixing it, they stuck a temporary window unit in and charged me $50 a month for it. That alone tells you everything about how they operate. Right after that nightmare, my washer broke and wasn’t fixed for FIVE months. Expect to be ignored and inconvenienced constantly.
Financially, this place is shady. Fees feel made up, and getting your money back is a battle. I moved out on January 31, 2026, after giving proper notice in December 2025, and I still have not received my security deposit. At this point, it feels like they just take tenants’ money and hope you won’t fight for it. Some tenants have even started putting their rent into escrow because they don’t trust management to handle things properly.
The building itself is also a problem. There’s a clear rodent issue that doesn’t seem to be taken seriously. On top of that, homeless individuals frequently sleep in the stairwells and even in the community areas, which raises serious safety concerns.
Any good “views” they advertise are not worth the stress, the poor living conditions, or the financial headaches. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. I will continue to pursue this legally if needed, because this situation is unacceptable.
Do not ignore the negative reviews—you’ll regret it if you do.
