I have lived at this property for a year. The primary reasons for me leaving is the rent increase and a new amenity fee (WiFi) that does not upgrade the gym we do have. They did replace the weights however, some machines are still broken and have yet to be replaced in addition to the basketball court that at some point had flowing water coming from the floors. Parking is also not something that is available at this building and can run you an extra $150 - $200 depending on the neighboring garage you choose.
The pricing of these units in addition to location are accurate. I enjoy the layout of my unit and I have had some great neighbors which make it worth it. The management lacks professionalism and consistency at times. Especially with the recent back log of our water bills (three months) due to an "discrepancy" despite the whole building being charged and paying for their water up until that point.
The maintenance people that I have encountered try to absolute hardest at fixing any of the issues that you may have both inside and outside of your unit. The HVAC issues in this building are actively being resolved due to a new HVAC company taking over as well. We lack consistent security of the building and actual security as this building is one they refuse to have 24/7 at.
