Pets allowed. Our current pet policies include: Monthly pet rent at $70/Dog and $35/Cat. Two pets are allowed per apartment. -Pet Restrictions and Restricted Dog Breeds Acceptable species include dogs, cats, fish, and birds. Exotic species are not permitted. Any pet with a PetScreening Fido Score below 3 will not be accepted. Dogs that are either mixed or purebreds of the following are restricted: Ankita, Alaskan Malamute, Chow-Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull (American Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Shar Pei, Mastiffs, and Siberian Husky. No weight or age restrictions. The maximum allowable number of pets per apartment is 2. Any animal that causes a noise disruption will not be able to remain in the apartment. Residents with fish tanks over 50 gallons must provide proof of renters' insurance with a special rider that covers damage to the premises caused by fish tank leakage or spills. We strive to provide mutual accountability and responsibility for the benefit of all our residents. It’s imperative that all our applicants and residents fully understand and acknowledge our pet and animal-related policies. This ensures we have formalized pet- and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records, creating greater mutual accountability. We use a third-party service, PetScreening, to ensure all applicants understand how to comply with the property's pet and animal policies, even if they do not have a pet or animal.
