Glen Meadow Apartments

The apartments are great but needs more storage and update. They really aren’t a lot of amenities unless you have a pet but for people with pet allergies we all share one washer and one dryer for six apartments so sometimes it’s tough great place to raise your kids they can ride their bikes around and play with the other neighborhood kids the grills need to be updated as well. I tried to cook on it and you have to use charcoal and there’s no cover so the hamburgers and cheeseburgers didn’t come out too well then you have to walk back home with all the food. My neighbors are awesome. I really don’t have much trouble with any of them we all kinda look out for each other so it’s a great community but as far as amenities go, they’re very limited.

It has been a great community living here, especially with some of the kids anytime there’s a problem. The office takes care of it or maintenance. I wish we could have regular air conditioners in the windows. It uses less electricity and washer dryers in our unit for the people who have allergies And a pool, but I love my building in the community where I live. It is a great place in great location.

We have been living at Glen Meadow for two years, and are grateful for the choice we made in coming here. The layout and appliances were perfectly conceived for achieving efficiency while making this a welcoming home. Sliding screen doors to the patio and windows on every side allow for the flow of fresh air throughout. The grounds are always kept up, and parking is never an issue. We have had very few reasons to request assistance from the main office, but when we have made any requests, they are typically resolved on the same day. Every member of the office and buildings and grounds staff who we have encountered have been professional, responsive, and friendly. As residents living here, we can honestly say that the staff adheres to the expectations set forth in the lease. They work hard to ensure that tenants adhere to the lease agreement to ensure the safety and quality of life for everyone here. If you are a smoker, this is not for you, as there is no smoking, toking, or public drinking allowed at Glen Meadow. The cost of living here is competitive with the area, especially when you factor in the inclusion of heat and water with the rent. This location is one that suggests a community, with people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. It is fair to say that it is a place where you can feel welcome to have a pet. We have an indoor cat. Our neighbors have dogs. If you cannot tolerate the sound of a dog barking, perhaps a no-pet community is what you need. The animals we have seen here have never been a nuisance in any way. My personal opinion is that the atmosphere here is a neighborhood with plenty of life happening around us, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Glen Meadow’s location is convenient to its center and convenient to both routes 1 and 495, though only convenient to Boston by train. Within walking distance to two different grocery stores as well as CVS, Walgreens, and other venues. Glen Meadows is our cup of tea!
