Leasing Experience: Ms. Laura and Ms. Huff were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. From my first tour with Ms. Laura, I was already sold on the property. She was knowledgeable, professional, and always had clear answers and great alternatives. When Ms. Laura was out of the office, Ms. Huff stepped right in and was just as kind and helpful, especially during my move-in. Property & Location: The property is beautiful inside and out. Any minor wear and tear has been repaired, and everything has been in great condition so far. The community is quiet, residents are friendly, and the location is very convenient—close to Walmart, Home Depot, car dealerships, Lafreniere Park, the plaza, and plenty of restaurants and stores. It’s also right by an exit, which makes getting into the city quick and easy! Living Experience: I’ve been here for almost a week, and so far everything has been wonderful. My only small concern is the first-come, first-serve parking—if you come home late, you may have to park a little farther from your apartment. Overall: I’m very happy with my decision to move to Bellawood. The staff has been patient, reassuring, and always quick to answer my calls. Thank you to Ms. Laura, Ms. Huff, and the entire Bellawood team for making me feel at home!
