Sparrow Ridge

I have lived here 2 years now, and I still love my new home! I still love my hardwood floors the tranquility offered every time I open my front door. Overtime, we've grown into a community that include s a flower and vegetable garden???? I honestly haven't had any issues. and as a senior citizen, I love my New Home...Still ??????

I'm a Senior and have lived @ Sparrow Ridge Apartments for 19 months. I still remember the day I got my keys and opened the door to my brand new apartment. I said out loud "Welcome Home!" That feeling of joy and happiness is still there! I absolutely love walking in the the front door and checking my mailbox. I love using my security fob to enter the main lobby. I love seeing the office manager is here in the building and not off-site; and concern and compassion is given! I love the open design between my kitchen and living room. I love the simplicity of maintaining the hardwood floors throughout my apartment. And I can't express in words the view and tranquility I have when looking out my windows!! I love seeing and hearing the birds. I love watching the deer and rabbits graze in the grass. I also love this same view from the very large Community Room we have that leads out to a beautiful patio. I love the activities and meet and greet moments we have. I love the friends and bondings we've made. I love our community and how at times, we check on one another in person! I can honestly say, "I LOVE COMING HOME"!!

So far my experience has been good. There are some maintenance issues not being done on time it took about 6 months to change a cracked toilet. The issue was not maintenance; the problem, from what I understand, was related to management not obtaining the replacement toilet. The lights purchased to replace the burned-out lights are not the same as the original lights. Originally the light in my foyer was replaced by the same size light (11in) but it was a white light and from a different brand. For such a small space and someone like me with light sensitivity issues that was a major problem. Yesterday the light was changed to the same brand as the original light but a bigger size. This new light is a soft white light which is much better than the other one yet it is not 11 inches like the original light which gives too much light for the small space. Yet I prefer it to the white light that was installed before.

I line living here. For me is quiet enough. The only thing is that there are to many animals. Must people are good about it but a few allow their dogs to poop on the grass and the parking lot. That is not acceptable
