Reviews summary
Reviews for Seasons on Chelsea highlight both positive and negative aspects of the community. Many long-term residents appreciate the peaceful atmosphere and improved management, with some noting the spaciousness of certain units, particularly townhomes. Several residents have expressed satisfaction with the location and community amenities, such as the clubhouse and fitness center, which can appeal to families and professionals alike.
However, there are recurring concerns regarding maintenance and cleanliness. Issues such as sporadic water shutoffs, ongoing leaks, and poorly maintained grounds have been frequently mentioned. The laundry facilities are not always accessible, and some residents are troubled by overflowing trash cans and dog waste not being cleaned up adequately. Maintenance responsiveness varies significantly, with some newer reviews indicating improvement, but others highlight ongoing dissatisfaction. These aspects may be particularly relevant to prospective renters who prioritize well-maintained properties. Overall, while there is a stable community feel for long-term tenants, the property poses significant challenges for new residents seeking efficient services and cleanliness.

After 15 years of renting places, this is the first time I’ve ever written a review. For $1100 you can find much newer properties- save yourself from choosing this place!
Water shut off for days, plural.
Water coming into apt from outside patio door- never fixed it.
Water coming into apt from upstairs- still leaking and never sent anyone.
Raised rent by $70/mo after 1 year, and was told they raise rent every year to keep up with “market standard.” Ha! But they don’t keep up with the “market standard” of their apartments or facilities.
Do a google search, price compare other properties in same area… you can get a nicer place that functions with more amenities, and has staff that act like they care for the same price!

Water shut offs for a total of 7-8 full DAYS with no restrooms on property to use. Bathtub and bathroom sink do not drain, standing water in shower and they’ve been here 3x already to “fix” it…. It works for a few days then back to standing water after showering. Sink does not drain, told by maintenance after several times here that I could buy my own plastic thing to shove down there and do that daily myself ~ say what? Now I have a water leak from upstairs for 2 days, they said they’ll send someone yet no one has come. My things are ruined in that closet, water still leaking as I write this and they still don’t seem to care about their own properties. Oh, and they raised my rent $70 after 1 year, and with all the problems this place has it’s a nightmare. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere! I’m moving as soon as lease is up, because they informed me it’d be $3000 penalty if I broke the lease to find another place. They also charge $400/ month extra if you go month-to-month instead of renewing lease…. This is IN Addition to your rent. They don’t care about the humans that actually live here has been my experience. Lot of turnover in the office, and with neighboring tenants. After 15 years of renting places, this is the first time I’ve ever written a review. For $1100 you can find much newer properties- save yourself from choosing this place!

Here going into 14 years..maintenance has improved significantly this year, as has management. Unfortunately the grounds leave a lot to be desired due to mounds of larger dog waste on every street, it’s truly a challenge trying to avoid large piles of poop everywhere.

Been living here since over 10 years with family.
It's peaceful n beautiful. Besides the rent being high everything else is good and specially the new management that has replaced is the best thing that happened. They care....

Here 12 years…biggest negative is laundry room access…while every street has a laundry building, not every building is operational. That results in residents driving to and using the other facilities. When lease renewal time rolls around and you shop rental rates, the rents here are somewhat higher, with no apparent consideration to the plus/minus issues that are usually factored in during annual rent increases.
